Medicine Rocks State Park- The State Parks homepage on it HERE.
On the way to Medicine Rocks, this little ramshackle house was on the roadside.... there were a lot of similar shacks along the road, both in North and South Dakota as well as Montana and Wyoming. I wonder why...?

We arrived just before sunset. These next couple of pictures are from as we were arriving.
Just gorgeous sunset.
Of course, arriving this late meant that we were eating by lamp... There were NO other campers at the park when we were there other than a van that took off just as we arrived. They left a dead rabbit on the ground next to the picnic table though... that was a hit for us...
I tried a couple of night shots. This is the moon. Apparently I don't hold still really well.
